Investigative Editor, Reveal from the Center for Investigative Reporting
Maryam Saleh is an investigative editor at Reveal. Previously, she worked at The Intercept, where she most recently edited stories about immigration, criminal justice and international human rights. As a reporter at The Intercept, she was part of an award-winning team, with the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists, that exposed the misuse of solitary confinement at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facilities. Maryam attended law school and has a graduate degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. She is based in Washington, D.C.
